  • 3 cups curly Kale washed then finely chopped
  • 1 cup chopped broccolini into small florets which are tiny
  • 1 cup chopped almonds roasted unsalted preferred
  • 2 tsp dried cranberries optional for sweetness

For the Maple Vinaigrette Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Fresh black pepper cracked To taste
