Ingredients

  • 1 One celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp chopped red onion
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional for extra zing)
  • Sweet corn
  • Boiled eggs
  • Fresh parsley or dill
  • Diced cucumber or bell pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the celery along with onions, followed by all optional ingredients, into the bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients until the mayonnaise thoroughly coats the toppings.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice
