Ingredients
  

  • For the Salad
  • 2 907.185 g Two pounds of potatoes for infants Yukon Gold, also known by the name of Red Gold divided into two
  • 1 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt Based on your personal preferences

  • For the Romesco Dressing

  • ¼ cup almonds toasted

  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
 

Cook the Potatoes
