Ingredients
  

  • 2 huge bouquets of parsley that have flat leaves Cut in fine pieces. The more fresh the parsley is, the more delicious
  • 1 cup fresh mint cut finely to give that distinct fresh aroma
  • 1 cup bulgur-like wheat which is very fine It is bathed in hot water before it is then whipped
  • 2 tomatoes that are fully to seed and sliced into tiny parts
  • 1 tiny cube (optional) For added crunch
  • 3 small sized green onions, or a red chopped
  • ½ cup A half cup extra virgin olive oil The cold press is the most popular method for ensuring the highest quality and flavor
  • Juice made from two lemons provides brightness and acidity

Instructions
 

  • The bulgur grains are created by placing the bulgur in the bowl and making sure to soak it in warm liquid (just enough to completely cover it) for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and then gently remove any water left. The bulgur ought to be soft, but not too soft.
  • Cut the leaves in the same way as a professional. Cut finely parsley and mint with an eloquent knife, or chopper. Don't use food processors as it could cause them to soften and discolor.
